Lisa’s 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

For every booking, a credit card is required to keep on file to ensure a grace period of 24 hours is met in the event of appointment cancellation. Additionally, all parties are to be notified of changes to an appointment are necessary.

If a client wishes to cancel their appointment within the 24-hour period or does not attend their appointment; they will be charged for the full amount of the missed session.
